I dragged my ass to the noon workout - after oversleeping & missing the 630a class. I knew I worked til midnight tonight (hence why I was still home to go to the noon one…) so in my head, it was a reason not to go.
But I did.
And I was heavily rewarded!
Favorite coach was teaching and he gave me a lot of personal attention in class. He really coached me on my cleans and then RAVED about how well I did! He just kept saying “I am SO INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED with your form! You are killing it!”
I won’t even lie.
I felt endlessly proud.
