The past two days I’ve been out.
I think I worked out & Hip Hopped too hard on Wednesday, and as a result I had BIG TIME leg pain in my right leg. Which is directly connected to, oh you know, my right hip.
So today - for my last half day summer Friday at work - I took that extra free time between jobs & went to the chiropractor.
She couldn’t get over how jacked up my hip/leg was.
There was a lotta crackin. And it felt SOOO bad.
And sooo good.
I know I eventually need to get my hip looked at - REALLY looked at - but I just haven’t gotten around to it yet. Or the hassle it may mean. :-/
