Last Chance/Mid Week Workout!! I am liking this combo/habit (after its over of course!) Elliptical: 65 mins. Levels 1-12. 730 calories. Hip Hop: 60 mins. ~585 calories. So last night, after the amazing Gala at work, I got home around 12:30 AM. After seeing that my sister posted on FB how exhausted she was, I offered to sleep on the couch and watch Evan for awhile, while she slept in the guest room. I ended up watching him until 3 AM. Week Weigh In!
Starting Weight: 211.9 Last Week: 205.8 Today: 204.4 -1.4 lbs Not enough to make weight for Game On this week, but it’s because of my lady friend being due tomorrow & this never ending bloated feeling happening today. But I am happy & proud of that 1.4 because I worked really hard for it every day this week.
Tonight is my last night of NOT being an aunt.
My sister is being induced soon! Tomorrow she becomes a mom and I BECOME AN AUNT. Now some sleep before a looooong & exciting day tomorrow. Dr says my sister is in for a long, long labor.
1) Today, my nephew is due. So where is he? 2) I elliptical-ed before I Hip Hopped. BOOM 925 calories burned! 3) That will make up for at least SOME of the three baskets of bread Matt & I ate yesterday. Right? Right.
